clen in the pump form

Hey guys I plan to take this clen i got..pic at the bottom i was wondering how much to take. I will be doin 2 days on and two days off for about 8 to 10 weeks. Do i just do one pump a day or should i measure it out wit a syringe?

yea that is the suryp for but i duuno how much i should be taking a day.

Take a syringe with a 18guage needle and jab it in the side of the bottle just about the top of the liquid.. then suck out what u want and put a peice of tape over the hole.. the tape really isn't nessacry but I do it anyways..
the other option is to pull the plunger out and pump the clen in to the tube.. but thats a bitch...

1 pump = 4ml = 200mcg

I think a 1/4 teaspoon = 1ml or 25mcg

Try one 1/4t and adjust from there. 1 pump would send me to the hospital...but I'm sensitive on clen and ECA.
