Fina Halflife and Lower back Pumps?

Since the half-life of Fina is only 2-3 days, would all the lowerback pumps that I get when trying to do cardio on fina be gone 3 days after discontinuing usage?

something that has not been mentioned yet, maybe the "lowerback pumps" you are getting is actually kidney stress...these are quite commone when using fina...what dosage are you using it at?...are you taking any supplements with it also?...make sure to drink tons of water...and try some cranberry extract or cranberry juice

Thanks bro, but kidney stress would be felt all the time or intermitantly, not only when doing cardio. I only get the pumps, and yes they are pumps when doing cardio.
