When to start anti Es on EQ only cycle??

i am doing an Eq only cycle 400mg /wk. its my first cycle. i weigh 165, 5'10".

i know it takes 4 weeks for the stuff to kick in. i have liquidex, and nizoral shampoo, spiro cream and some minox 5%w/azelaic acid. Do I have to start all this stuff on my first shot ??? Or can i wait till i am 4 weeks into the cycle to start??

Do I have to continue with the stuff 4 weeks after my last shot???

Usually EQ only aromatizes at higher doses. You probaly won't the anti-e when running it at 400mg/wk, but have it on hand just in case. Clomid is a must for post cycle.

yes i have clomid for the post cycle. but when do i need to start the hair regimen??? wait till 4 weeks after first shot or not

I'd start the hair stuff 2wks in
