    B12

    So I bought some b12 and have been reading a decent amount about it on here and other places on the web.

    I am reading sub q or im and you can use same syringe for test although I am reading differing opinions on it. So I was looking to get some ideas from other members on how often they take it and how much they take. Start your dose off slow etc

    i think its 1ml IM everyday for the duration of your cycle. you can shoot it in the same syringe as your test.

    im on trt so is their even much of a benefit for me on this


    there is no way i am shooting b12 im everyday

    its just not happening lol

    if its just for general wellbeing, and not for a cycle support, you can easily go 1ml a wk or even 1ml a month. i think most medical treatment/maintenance is 1ml/month.

    ^ yep. I do 1000iu once weekly when off cycle.

    you go im also??

    so sub q is def out of question. My friend does not use aas and wanted to use b12 once a week also. I dont see him pinning im thats why i am curious if its a huge difference

    I've only done IM. But either way should be fine. Just easier for me to include it into the gear I'm already injecting.

    So i took 1 ml of b12 today sub q. Next time I will pin im with my trt. I felt nothing from it but not really sure what to expect.

    I did make it through the gym today with a little more spunk in my workouts and cardio was a breeze. Not sure if its all in my head or what.
