Why does anavar make cardio difficult?
Almost 6 weeks into my test c 500mg/ week cycle. Fairly Good gains, about 14lbs. Due to start 60-70mg anavar ed for the next 6 weeks but iv been reading that it makes cardio very difficult. I was under the impression that var is good at supporting solid lean muscle growth for a hard look, of course in conjunction with a good clean diet. How come it will effect my cardio so much I don't quite get the science. This concerns me a bit cos I do a fair bit of cardio

Most aas seem to have a negative effect on cardio. They do help with muscle growth yes but that's different than stamina.
Usually it gets better after about 8+ weeks. Hell you should try tren (not really). You want to talk about a cardio killer. You get winded walking up a flight of stares. lol

Allegedly is a better choice. I dont think he ever tested positive for test. I think he just stuck to EPO like the other 99% of the racers did.

Iv read so many mixed opinions on var. Many people say it's great, excellent results in lean
Muscle and ripped look. Some say it's too expensive and not worth it for it's effects. Many have said on here that it makes their cardio impossible and some have reported improvements. You can see why I'm confused!! Guess il just give it a go and see what happens!

its one of the weakest out ther (far as putting on size= not wat its for, so many consider it weak)and has the least amount of sides... women take this stuff.. ive done 4 cycles of annie and love her. liquid drops that is and pills once... either way it will give u some shred and some increase in workouts not much tho..

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me with my Anavar cycle. I'm just over a week in and I've got a rowing machine at home I used to use pretty regularly and it got me pretty shredded. I was wondering if I could use it, say, for fifteen minutes fasted in the morning before breakfast, and then another fifteen minutes in the afternoon sometime before hitting the gym at night. I'd only row on weekdays and just have the weekend off, don't want to do cardio everyday.
Does anyone know much about rowing/rowing machines and whether its good for cardio and lean gains? Seems like you can get stronger and toned all over from it. I'm really tempted to start doing it.

I'd venture to make these points:
1) many guys are using shitty UGL Anavar which is tainted with other steroids or something different entirely (like Winstrol ).
2) they are using huge doses "because Anavar is for girls" which is throwing off their electrolytes and causing cramps and pumps (while this may limit aerobic exercise capability, it does not technically negatively affect your cardiovascular endurance).

Well thanks for the opinions and advice guys. From analysing all the info iv come to the conclusion that var is effective if used correctly with a good diet, il get noticeable lean
Muscle gains although the result will not be extreme! Also it would seem at has no effect on the respiratory or cardiovascular system so it won't effect my cardio as such but muscle pumps may indirectly make it more difficult, I think I can cope with this. I think iv about summed it up???

Had to resurrect this blast from the past because it's talking about my current issue.
I went on a walk yesterday and I literally thought I was going to die on the hill part. I get shin pumps naturally, but holy hell, I was 1/4 of the way through a small climb and my shins were on fire. I had to stop multiple times to catch my breath. Today I'm still feeling tired. I'm about 2 weeks in since I added anavar to this cycle.
Anyone else feel like their cardio is shot and/or you get shin pumps? I'm taking 50 mg/day split in two.

Absolutely.....added 50mg/day Var to my cruise 2 weeks ago getting ready for the beach. Look great but can't hardly get through my am cardio on treadmill. Feel like a pansy lol.

I always get a rather athletic boost from Anavar , but I usually run it during the anabolic phase of my cycles alongside stuff like Primobolan , Nandrolone , and Boldernone. Basically all of those enhance athletic ability (maybe not nandrolone so much). I definitely get some intense pumps with it, so I could see you getting some calf pump (especially if you were running it during a volumization phase). Sometimes it’ll give me a wicked lower back pump during a leg workout, but some aspirin usually clears that up. The shin splint thing for me is a lot like getting arm pump riding a dirtbike. It sucks, but if you push through it for a little bit it will go away. On the bright side it should really bring out the vascularity in your calves

I am going to drop it to 25 mg/day. I have been feeling more lethargic and my cardio went to shit since starting Anavar . Talked to a friend who said he felt the same way on Anavar. Was hoping I could use Anavar to trim the last 3 weeks of this cycle before I go to the beach, but I don't want to take anything that's going to impact my cardio this much.

I still haven't dropped the dose yet... What prompted me to change the dose is that I started dating a girl who likes to take walks. She does this course every day almost, and part of it is a big hill climb. Her fat ass sister could do it 3 times, and I barely got through 2. Yesterday they were teasing me at her family get-together about only doing it twice. I made all kinds of excuses, of course, but I really wanted to be like "you do some fucking anavar and tell me how you feel!"
Workouts feel pretty good, however.
