    Keep gains?

    I'm 2 weeks away from the end of my first cycle. I put on 40lbs. and have had little to no sides(bloat,acne,gyno). So how much of my new mass do you think I will keep after all is said and done with the HCG ,Clomid, Novaldex, Clembuterol and Proviron for the gainskeeper formula. Not to mention all the supplements I'm going to take (cortisol disposal agent, BCAA's, creatine, excess ammounts of protein, HMB, ephedra ect...) Just wondering how much mass you guys kept after your cycles? Thanks alot bro.

    40lbs!!! Holy shit! Good job bro. IMO the hardest part is trying to stay disiplined and motivated to keep going after you stopped making all the gains. I know guys who only work out when their cycling because the gains they make are minimal when their not cycling. You will lose some. Thers no doubt about that. Just keep taking your OTC supplements(whatever works), good quality protein, get plenty of rest and EAT! Just keep at it and work hard.

    Easy come, easy go. I would guess you would keep 20lbs, which is really good for a first cycle.

    My cycle looked like this:

    500mg Sust. weeks 1-10
    400mg Deca weeks 1-10
    50mg/day D-Bol weeks 1-5
    100mg/EOD Prop. weeks 5-10

    Sust/Deca /Dbol ...Cant go wrong for bulk with those...Eat and train like you did while on and that should do the trick...I lost back 5 of 25lbs from my first cycle...

    i am on end of 4 week and i gain until now 19,8 pounds

    40lbs and no bloat on that cycle? Are you sure? You will likely lose a good amount of water if you are in fact retaining. But excellent job bro. Keep working and eating like you did on cycle through post cycle to minimize losses.
