Here's the scoop on my first cycle. I have been searching, reading, and asking about different cycles, etc. and I think this is what I may go with.
8 weeks 400 mg Deca
8 weeks 500 mg Sust 250
3 weeks after last shot...300mg Clomid 1 day
100 mg Clomid for 7 days
50 mg Clomid for 7-10 days
I can also have access to Proviron , Nova, and HCG .
I'm 30 yo, 6 feet tall, 205 lbs (~20% bf). It has also been suggested to try and lose some fat first. I'm going to start my cycle in about 6-8 weeks so I have some time for cardio and good diet. I do train but if I crank up I will be in the gym 24-7 and supplementing with heavy amounts of <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>, <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=GLUTAMINE" target="_blank">glutamine</a>, <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=CREATINE" target="_blank">creatine</a> , and vitamins.
What type of gains would I see from this cycle? Solid gains? Does this cycle sound decent? Any risks? Side effects? What would (or wouldn't) you do?
All advice is helpful.

Good to see you did your research instead of listening to that full of shit bber guy. You are definitely on the right track, however I think everyone will recommend at least a 10 week cycle due to the types of AAS you are using. If you don't have enough gear to run it that long then you have plenty of time to get more. If your gonna do it you may as well get the best out it, right?
I think you are right on trying to cut up before you start your cycle. Also, be careful not to overtrain once you do hit you cycle but you can train more.

I AGREE WITH SAMSON ON THE LENGTH......
either of the two injectables you picked should be run a minimum of 10 weeks. the taper time for both is the same, so you have no overlapping issues to deal with here.
if it were me, i'd sub enan for the sus, and run it a week longer.........

Hey thanks guys. I can get the gear...no worries for a 10 week. What type of gains do you think I could make on a 8-10 week cycle? I'm really hesitant on the HCG though...too high chance of gyno.
Should I even bother with the creatine? I will for sure use protein and glutamine.
Any other suggestions that could help out?

Is Sust 250 no good? I keep seeing people on this site knocking it. I have heard such great things about it and I know people who have made great gains from it. The big reason I would like S250 is that I know I can get legit stuff (Karachi's)...the only test I can get is Spectro or Quest and I refuse to use underground lab crap. I'm not injecting homemade juice into my ass.
Any other advice? What else could I add or subtract from the cycle?

get ready for the deca dick man... if you can i would switch the deca for equipose also i would run your cycle for at least 12 weeks min. if you can also make sure to keep your calories high in the 4250-4750 range clean carbs and plenty of sleep-- my .02

since most run a test ether with deca , it's not common.
But since nandrolone suppresses all natural test i would
assume a deca cycle without test would definately cause
lack of libido.
Also, primo and winni both are a precursor to the dihydrotestosterone.
So if you run them together you might be asking for hairloss.

The only reason I'm planning a cycle is b/c I don't care about my hair loss anymore...it's going naturally. Damn genetics! My concern is now gyno.
Any help on the test prop? What type of gains would I see if I used prop versus S250 (500mg with 400mg of Deca ). Which one would give the best results...size, hardness, etc. and least to cause gyno?

Well prop is out of the question...can't get anything but underground and I refuse to inject that crap.
What about light amounts of dbol (~20mg ED) for the first few weeks until all the esters are kicking?

i know a lot of guys knock sust but you know people with great results, so why not try it? I like it myself, and like you, I know my stuff is 100% real, so I use it with great results. I'd rather use that then d-balls, but then I never liked oral tabs....

if i were you i would switch to equipose instead of deca (less water gain & no chance of decadick) also i would throw in 30mg of d-bol e.d. for the first 4 weeks also use saw palmeto and milk thistle daily. As far as the sustanon250 ? i have had nothing but excellent results with sus it is the best of both world since all the esters release at different times. Back to the d-bol thing if you don't like orals see if you can pick up a vial of reforvit-b a.k.a. liquid d-bol. just my .02
I ran that same stack my first time but like this:
30mg of dbol daily
500mg of sustanon
400mg of deca
ran it for 12 weeks gained 24 lbs. of muscle and lost 4-5 lbs post cycle
the reason i know it was mainly mucle was that my b.f. was like 8-9%
one more suggestion keep your diet in check
weeks 1-8: don't eat super lean about 4000-4500 calories 300g pro.
weeks 9-12: eat super clean abot 3000-3250 calories lower your carb intake slighty every week lower it like 30-50g
this will make the winny alot more impressive and you won't be a fat ass post cycle
also watch your cardio
1-2 times a week in weeks 1-8
2-3 times a week in weeks 9-12 but more intense
