QV 10ml bottles filled to top of label?
Someone I know wants to know what is considered underfilled? Are QV 10ml bottles suppose to be filled to the top of the label, or 1/4 inch below it?

slightly below it...i don't know whether 1/4 inch is right or not but just from eyeing out a vial of enth right now that guess looks pretty close.
i have gotten 10ml out of every vial that was filled to under the top of the label, so you could potentially have an extra ml if it is filled to the top label.

Don't the sizes of vials differ though? I mean how can you always be sure if it is underdosed/average/overdosed? Do companies stick with one vial size and always use that exact same one?

ive seen brovel vials filled at all sorts of heights. but then again thats brovel. dont know about the pvl. if your worried about your gear being legit then check the lot numbers, also make sure the labes are rounded, the exp. dates are stamped on, and peel the hologram to see if there are dots or v slits.
but then again your source may have empited the vials and filled them with something else

Yeah paranoia sucks eh? You can't really go by the level in comparison with the placement of the label. I have never had an underfilled QV vial. Get several of them and line them up, then look at the level of fill. You will be surprised with the accuracy, considering they are legit.
