What is an ideal protein intake post cycle? My body weight is 235 now with 5 weeks left in cycle. Should I stay at 1mg per lb of body weight.
on cycle i am usually around 1.5-2g/lb...weighing 230 myself that translates to around 400-460g per day.
i ingest no less than 1.5g/lb because i can not grow with anything less. if i were you i would up your intake to 1.5 so when you finish cycling you can go back down to 1g/lb. even that seems low to me though.
