First cycle Primo, Winny, D-Bol

I am going to do my first cycle this summer. First a little about me. I have been weight training for about 7 years. In that time I have put on 70lbs. I am currently 6'1" and weigh 225lbs with a low body fat %. Not sure how much have not been tested in a while.

week 1-8 Primo depot 200-400mg a week
week 1-4 D-Bol 20mg every day
week 5-8 Winny depot 50mg every other day
Clomid after cycle and Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno

I know this is a weak cycle but for my first one I want to keep it light while still getting good results and hopefully keeping my gains after I go off cycle. What do you guys think.

I would throw out the dbols. And just do the Primos and Winny's...
Something like this
Primo week1-10 400mgs
Winstrol week 4-10 50 eod
Clomid

P.S. Being on a 17aa steroid for 8 weeks isn't a great idea, but hey it's your body bro.

He is right, running dbol and winni that close may not be good for you
since you are running a 10 week cycle tho, you could do this...

wk 1-4 25mg DbolED
wk 1-12 Primo (which ever mg dose you feel comfortable with)
wk 10-12 Winni

Dbol frontload to add strength and mass of the bat,
Primo and winni together seems repetitive but it's preference.
Lots of DHT though.
Dosent seem like yer lookin for big gains but, the primo/winni
will give solid quality mass, but not much.
If you start to worry about liver values increasing,
do a search on milk thistle and ALA.
as primo and winni both are DHT, they dont aromatize
and the 4weeks without a 17aa should be enough to bring liver values
down if they do rise.

At this time of year i'd scrach the d-bol all together and Add Test @ 500mgs weeks 1-10
Week 1-10 Test E 500mgs
Week 1-10 Primo 400mgs
Week 8-13 Winny 50mgs ed
Clomid etc..

Be careful before you give advice out that your unsure about. What is three weeks of winny going to do? If liver values start increasing, do a search on milk thistle and ALA???? No...you don't want to wait until you have liver problems and then start doing a research on liver protectants...you should use both as a preventive measure from the start, regardless. And if 4 weeks is enough to bring liver values down, then whats the point of taking liver protectants when running a 17aa AS? Why not just wait the 4 weeks later for them to naturally go back to normal? Not to come down on you here bro...but alot of people rely on accurate info posted here and anything short can be harmful. You are right, and the general rule of having everything for your cycle on hand before you start should be followed, I apologize for the format of my post.

I also see insane doses being suggested. Where most overlook the size of some of the individuals asking for help. A person weighing 170 lbs will get more out of 200mg then a 270lbs person would. I hope that most people realize that total blood volume person to person is different, as for the Dbol liver effects are reputed to subside within a few weeks after discontinued use. Once again, I apologize.

Thanks for the info guys. Right now I think I am going to stick with a 10 week cycle of primo and winni. Maybe some more stuff depending on what I can get

Do you think this will be enough primo for my weight (I weigh 220lbs)? Should I pyrmid it or just stay with 400mg all the way through?

Stay at 400mg, you could your winny to weeks 8-12, then start pct in week 13. I wouldn't add anything to that cycle, if your going to change it go with 500mg of test only a week.

point blank...seperate your winny and your d-bol..maybe the d-bol weeks 1-4 and the winny weeks 8-13
