16 POUNDS IN WEEK!!!!!!!
I'm currently on a test/tren cycle and have been "on" for 1 week. My goal is to gain lean muscle. I eat very strictly and eat only VERY clean foods. No slip ups at all. I am terrified that I might gain a considerable amount of fat. Here is a sample of my routine:
Meal 1: 4 cups FF milk, 40G protein powder, 1 cup dry oats, and splenda.
Meal 2: 2 cans tuna, 2 cups FF milk, mustard, horseradish (The real stuff), 1 cup oats, 1 slice FF cheese, and splenda.
Meal 3: 1 cup oats, 2 cups FF milk, 1 fish fillet, 10G protein powder, and splenda.
Post-WO: 50G Protein Powder along with 100 grams of Dextrose/Maltodextrin.
Meal 5: 1/2 lb LEAN ground beef (with the fat drained as well. Meat falvored with some salsa), 1 cup milk, 3/4 cup of oats, and slpenda.
Meal 6: 1/2 lb LEAN ground beef, and 2 eggs.
Throughout the day I also snack on protein bars. 20-30 grams of protein, 2-4 grams of fat, and low carb content.
This is pretty much it except a few of the meals may be 12 eggwhites and a protein drink with oats. Blah blah blah.
I did this for one F****** week and guess how much weight I gained 16 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! No lie. Granted I came off a very low carb diet so some must be water. And I thought maybe it was the bloat from the 1500mgs of test (I frontloaded) but I was taking Arimidex daily!! I don't know what the hell to do! Any explanations on what this might be?

No idea, but I wouldn't worry about it.
With your diet I doubt it's fat. Wait it out another week or 2 before you get worried. I think your fine.

16lbs in one week I'd say definately water weight. Just continue with the Arimidex at .5 ed and the bloat will go away.

I put on 12 lbs in the first week of my current cycle. Mainly because I switched from a low carb diet to a high carb diet. Dont worry about it, it's just water and is normal.

LongHorn did you lose some of that water weight?
