    plz answer

    My cycle is pretty weak, I am starting to wonder if its too weak it was all I could get at the time:

    250 mgs of sustanon once a week
    250 mgs of Deca once a week

    a total of 6 weeks, could i get any benefits off of this?

    not the least bit? I cant exactly blow up right now at the moment because ive been accused by lots of ppl of juicin, I ready somewhere that 250 mgs of sus at 6 weeks can help u gain 10-15 lbs of muscle is this true?
