    thyroid jump start

I wanted to give my thyroid a jump start. I was
contemplating taking T3, After doing some research I came
across article providing a list of substances that boost
thyroid production. Here is the list of recommend products
that i am taking please give your options on this.

    "LISTED"

    Seaweed

    Apple cider Vinegar

    Norwegian Kelp

    Selenium

    Guggulsterone.

    Liquid Iodine Drops

The Doctor who wrote the Article stated the most portent
supplement to take is Pure IODINE. Is this correct.

    Thanks

I don't know about any of those supps helping thyroid. Bump for anyone that does know more. I do know that good old fashion carbs help the thyroid blast away, esp fructose (fruits).
