    T3

I am contemplating taking T3. I am 25 and have been working out for
years. What are the side effects that come along with it.
Also is it dangerous even in low dosages. I would like to run
it for a few weeks along with a great diet and high cardio.
Does your thyroid crash when coming off. what dosages
should i be taking for how long. ECT....???????

    Some help would be Appreciated!

Contrary to what some people believe, T3 is not all that dangerous
if you take responsibly like any other unnatural substance. Just do a minor ramp up with a controlled peak(Not more than 100mcg) with a
slow decline to get your thyroid working on it's own.. Drink lots of water,
and take no later than 1 or 2 o'clock or else you will be up all night..
Use the search button for dosage info... Cycleon has excellent post...

Personally I liked when I got to 100mcg a day to split it up. Just make sure it is taken on an empty stomach (2 hours after eating and 1 hour before). But it is all a personal preference thing.

I just started my 6 week cycle on Mon using the method you suggested Pain (5/40/55). I took it the first day (25mcg) on an empty stomach, about 8am, but I didn't start to feel anything till mid afternoon. Is that normal. And also, how many % did you cut your bf during the last 3 weeks?

Good to hear, and yes that is about right I don't really remember feeling anything on T3 until I got to around 50mcg a day, then an increase in heat and hunger unfortunatly. How many % BF I dropped is hard to say as my cardio and diet were on point so the exact benefits of T3 were hard to see. But they were there. Total I lost about 15lb in 6 weeks, for me normally 6 weeks with cardio and diet I could have lost about 9-11lb (I was on Fina and Test at this time, so I am taking that into account too) I will say that I had a few more "cheat" days then I would have liked to on 100mcgED, but the hunger was pretty hard to deal with and I had a lot of stress in my life at that period if my memory serves me correct. So there you go. So I attribute an extra 5-7lb with the T3 or about an extra lb a week, not to shabby IMO.

Yes the major source of stress is gone, but still have the work and girlfriend stress, but you can never get rid of those.
