my first cycle "sus / tren a" - your review ?
hi! i plan to start my first cycle. i did some research on this forum. i think to do that:
Sustanon 250 - 750mg / week (1-10 weeks)
Trenbolone Ace - 225mg / week (4-10 weeks)
I'm 18 yrs old, 5'11, 144lbs.
it suits you? should i take an antiestrogen? and also after my 10 week cycle, what should I take and for how long before you restart a new cycle?

Please don't do this cycle. First off you're way too young and it is a terrible first cycle. I did only one cycle when I was 33 and I never fully recovered from it and now I'm on hormone replacement for the rest of my life
Not worth it.

I think a little more reading and research would benefit you, particularly for someone your age. Your natural testosterone levels are sky high right now. I would concentrate on taking advantage of that as you can make tremendous gains naturally, otherwise you could be setting yourself up for a host of unwanted side affects including premature closure of your growth plates, Erectile Dysfunction, Gynecomastia (b*tch t*ts), and more.
You also need to learn how to eat. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. You see, it’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING

OP- We're here to help. Will you list your current diet for us? Diet is the most important aspect of this game. And without a good one, it's all for not anyway. Let's start there.

They are correct Bro you are too young.But even if you were old enough.You are too light for your size.You need to learn how to eat.So hit the nutrition section and they will help you.Beacuse if you cycle now anything you gain you will lose.

if your gaining weight easily now then there is another reason not to cycle, If your growing naturally whats the point. Steroids are used when you cant get any further on your own.
Besides all the other reasons people gave you because of your age and size.
And even if you were older and larger and ready for steroids that is a very bad first cycle for anyoneIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
