Is using oils for on site shots the same as useing gear?I know that when using oil the oil as to be injected into the middle of the muscle eg:when injecting into the arm you first find the peak by flexing the arm mark the peak straighten the arm and inject where the mark is.Now i read somewhere that when injecting gear you have to get it below the muscle.How do i get it below the muscle?Or do i just inject it like the oil?
