Trying to get cut plz help..

I need to loose a little body fat on my upper legs and " love handls "
im a reeely Complexive guy.. I like everything to be perfect but Im far from there . never used steroids in my life and I dont want to get Huge, I just want to Gain a little more muscle and keep it on.. Im at 190 pounds right now , would not mind gaining 10 more pounds of leen mass but would like to gain it and cut it at same time...
Right now using Hydroxycut , just taking 2 befor workout..
My Q is , Can I also use Creatine to Gain more muscle and to CUT them at same time ?

What's your diet like? Are you doing any cardio?
Diet and cardio is what gets you cut, along w/ weight training.
Hydroxycut and AS can help you along but if your diet isn't there you'll never lose the fat.
