You will need PCT (Nolva+Clomid) and (Armidex) on hand if sides get bad.
500mg EW of test-e should be a great first cycle from what I've researched!
Also keep off pre workouts because your blood pressure will rise on cycle!

Watch your cholesterol & blood pressure closely, these two things can seek up on you & take you right out of this world in very short order, they are known as "the silent killer". As for pre workout supps, I use them because my workouts are very intense & long, & there's nothing wrong with using them, you will figure out after a couple workouts if you're gonna need them.

You can buy a blood pressure monitor at a drug store. But your cholesterol will need to be monitored through blood work. However.............there are a couple things you can do to lower & stabilize your cholesterol, eat lots of oats & get yourself a gallic supplement.

If I had high cholesterol, I'd get it under control before I cycled. But if you're gonna cycle regardless, I would get bloods before my first injection, mid cycle, same week as last injection & then 4 - 6 weeks after PCT. I know it seems to be a bit overkill, but I'd rather be accused of overkill than have someone looking down on me in my coffin saying "if only he had kept closer track of his cholesterol".

Get it checked at least once, midway through if it is a 12+weeker. Shoot for around week 7-9. If it a short 6-8 weeker, get them checked after. Just get a full lipids panel, not full BW, asthere could be raised red flags. Gt a BP monitor. They are cheap, and are one of the best tools you can have while "on". I check mine ED or at least EOD. Do as the Bear said, and also add 3-4 grams of fish oil split throughout the day, and supplement with CoQ10. Flaxseed oil is another good one to supplement with as well. All are cheap, save for the CoQ10, but I get mine at the dollar store for next to nothing. 300mgs for 90 softgels, and it only cost around 16-20 bucks. Eat lots of oats, like he said, and eat lots of leafy greens like kale, spinach, collards, turnips, etc. You'll be fine.

In bold. I assumed you already had up to date BW and were good to go. If not, this is perfect. So far for my assumptions. And he is right, you cant have enough BW. I have it done every 6 months off cycle. I have it done monthly at the moment due to prescriptions. The problem is with getting BW done very often without reasoning from a doctor, insurance wont pay for it all of the time. A lipid panel isnt very expensive, usually 60-100 dollars, but it gets expensive when you test for CBC and Testosterone . Lipids arent too bad. Well worth going the extra to be sure you are safe. No body in the world is worth an early grave just to look good for a few months.

Taking 5mgs of cialis a day wouldnt be a bad thing either, for BP issues. I can assure you that your BP will elevate a bit. Probably nothing out of range, but cialis will help you keep it maintained. 5mgs daily, or 10-20mgs EOD or E3D. It has a long half life for what it is. I am at 15mgs EOD and love it!

I am trying to control it before I go on cycle, it has been two months since my last blood test and cholesterol was slightly high, doc said just one point up above normal which is not harmful, I am giving myself a time , in next couple of months I will go blood test again before steroids and hopefully cholesterol level will be under control.
