OK, SO I drank 5 beers last night... (micholob ultra)
I have abstained almost completely since about 1 week prior to my cycle. I have been taking tylers and milk thistle ed since I started as well. I went out last night and wanted to try this 'low carb' beer out, micholob ultra, so I did. I had 5 of them, and then came home ate, drank lots of water, took tylers, milk thistle, and some r-ala.
I am just wondering if I should be concerned? I doubt it is a big deal, but definitely not a good thing to make a habit of.

Don't worry, wine is more my downfall, but the ultra is pretty good.

OH man, how did you know. Everyone else was taking shots of tequilla all night... tequilla sunrise and straight shots. I was like, NO THANKS. I'll stick with my ultra... These 4 girls (whose appt it was) practically tried to force me to drink... it was kinda funny.
Then these guys came to the party, and we're at the table and I had a fina moment... ya see, I asked for their names and told them mine, there were three guys. But the last guy just gave me this stupid look and goes, 'call me whatever you want'... i was kinda pissed at that so I asked him if it was alright if i called him fuckface. Then he just looked at me, and I said how about numbnut then? The dude totally dropped his jaw and goes, my name is nick...
What a fag... this guy was at least 6'4 with a medium build. So that was my tren moment... i woulda beat sense into that guy if he had answered wrong.

The low-carb beer might be a gimmick, but stats are stats. 95 calories a beer is lower than most beer... If your trying to stay at a calorie deficit, or at least low-carb, then this would be the beer of choice.

Low carbs beers are low carb...but there is still the sugar and the alcohol (which turns to sugar)!!! Unfortuantely here in Italy I cannot get low-carb beers!!! This place is defiantely a low-carb dieters nightmare! Beer...Wine...every type of pasta, pizza and canolli you can think of!
But as far as a few beers on cycle...you will not shit out your liver just becuase of that..especialy if you are taking liver protectants (milk thistle...and the like). Of course, noone has to tell you to not make a habit of booze and cycles at the sametime!!Last edited by BamaSlamma; 05-10-2003 at 07:42 AM.
