Testosterone USP?

I have a source who can provide this but I'm not sure what testosterone USP is? Is it suspension or prop or what? I'd ask my source but I don't want to bug him.

TTS (50mg Winny + 50mg Tren + 50 Mg of Testosterone USP) Water

USP has something to do with the the "U.S. Pharmacopeia", which as its website www.usp.org says,
"In pursuit of its mission to promote public health, USP establishes state-of-the-art standards to ensure the quality of medicines for human and veterinary use. USP also develops authoritative information about the appropriate use of medicines. National health care practitioner reporting programs support USP's standards and information programs. In addition, USP supports many public service programs."
I've seen lists of various what-not listed as "substance USP 15", so I'm gonna guess it has something to do with the purity. Stuff that conforms to these standards will be better than stuff that isn't.
