First Cycle Mass Questions
Getting ready to start 1st cycle in a few months. 20 yrs, 5'11, 168 lb.
1-10=Sust 250
1-8=Deca -D
Clomid
Looking to add size to skinny frame. Any tips for training/supplements prior to and during cycle?(Other than age) Currently training 5 days/wk w/ 2 days for chest (needs work). Thought about d-bol for wks 1-4 but decided against it for 1st cycle.
Please Help

Your cycle is unclear
What are your dosages going to be and what is your training like.
If i was you i would run your cycle like this
w1-10 sust 500mg/week
w1-10 deca 300mg/week
week 1-4 d-bol 30mg/d
And on week 12 i would start hitting the clomid. also train hard and eat as much as you can. Good luck and keep us posted

I hey bro i have the same prob i still only weight in at 182 5'11 but you need to eat at least 4000 cals a day around 250pro and work out less your burning cals bro i only train 3 days a week mabey 4 and only work chest once a week but hit it hard bro you will get there i was the same way...

My calorie levels need just a little work but the protein is there.
Sorry about the cycle specs. Plans were:
sust 250mg wk 1-2, 500mg 2-10
deca 200 mg/wk
Clomid 2 wks after last injection
Do I need the extra 100mg of deca? Plus I decided against D-bol because it is harder for me to come by and I didn't want to overdo it on my 1st cycle. Any alternatives?
