gyno....too late for help?

I dabbled with some d-bol with primo about a year ago, and i seem to have developed gyno. This is certainly due to my lack of preparation, as i didnt take anything post-cycle. Surprisingly, i didnt lose much.....i have lumps under each nipple, not too bad....question: is it too late to take nolvadex ? will it eventually go away on its own?
Since nolvadex is hard as hell to get, is there any over the counter alternatives or websites i could get some?

I would give nolvadex a try but it may well be too late. No nothing over the counter is going to replace the effect of Nolvadex.
