I'm currently 187 @ 10.5% and eating about 2k cals/day. TDEE is ~3500/day. Considering upping my cals in a week or so once I get closer to my photoshoot.
525mg tren , 250mg test E/wk. 65mcg t3, 120mcg clen .
Fat is just peeling off of me at this point.
I think that clen, t3 make an excellent addition to a cycle of tren.
If I got side effects from clen/t3 I might reconsider, but since I don't...I am running them.

Generally we use a formula of LBM x 15 to calculate a more reliable TDEE. For JT that's approx 2550cals.NO SOURCES GIVEN

5days/wk @ 6sets of 12, 6 exercises. [3 compound, followed by 3 isolation]
--->90 mins incline treadmill @ 140BPM. Usually amounts to roughly 4.5 miles of hill. [treadmill estimates this as roughly 300 cal/60min, so 500 per 90min]
6 days/week 60 mins AM fasted cardio ^same as above
6days/week cardio post dinner ^ same as above.
Fat loss goal is 8%. I'm also doing I.F. 18 / 6 split.

In carbs. Wish I could stay on for another six weeks but the mrs wants another baby. Started cardio yesterday which was good considering the tren , no adverse effects.

Tbh mate I would probably double the prop your on, I'm on 350 pw and wouldn't want to go any lower, I think 500/525 pw would be ideal, well it would for me anyway.
