    urgent opinions needed whether to take creatine on cycle??

    i'm 130lbs 5'11 bf - 8-9% been workin out since 2 years
    this will be my 1st cycle
    i am gonna start my cycle tomorrow:

    1 thru 10 deca 300mg/week
    1thru 10 sustanon /350week (1 shot once a week) cause i cant split as u im gettin sust250 and sust100mg.)

    proviron 50mg/day from week 2
    clomid - after 2 weeks of last shiot ( 200mg 1st day then 100mg 7 days n 50mg 7 days )

    along with : glutamine, multi vita...,ala,liv-52 every day.
    diet- 200-220gms of protein n loads of carbs....

    CAN I TAKE "CREATINE" FROM THE 1ST WEEK OF MY CYCLE AS WELL ???? PLEASE HELP

    AIM - TO BULKUP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.........

    Yeah, you can take creatine for sure. It can't hurt. Take 5 grams per day, in the middle of the day if you are not working out, and after your workout if you are working out.

    i never incorporate creatine into my supplement arsenal during a cycle.

    i will use it post cycle in order to help the transition be as smooth as possible and give my body some extra push until my body is back to equilibrium.

    there is nothing wrong with running it during, however i choose not to.

    use every supplement you can find POST CYCLE, not during cycle

    hit up some creatine, ZMA, ALA, aminos, the works... u wanna keep your gains to the highest degree possible

    creatine is good but for some people. it depends on the filitration of your kidneys. so if your body adapts well then go for it, if you get in a jam and still want to use creatine then try C10. you can get details and order it at www.c10world.com
