    Did your total come to over $300? When orders are over $300 then we send out a verification email for fraud prevention. If the person does not reply then we refund the card.

    Over $400. That appears to have been the problem! I resubmit the order and watch for an email confirmation. Previous orders were less than 300.

    Have you all had problems with your clen , my last bottle was underdosed or something. Another op on here had same problem with his and our batch number was the same. I have ordered a few bottles if clen and never had a problem before.
