you can take up to 20 grams of glutamine powder a day,
1.8 grams sounds like it won't do a thing
I take 5mg at lunch with a protien shake, and 10mg post workout with a weight gainer shake. It depends on your weight, but typically between 10-20mg a day.
i like to take some after workout 5 grams....and then 10 grams in the shake i drink before bed
Same here...5g after workout and 10g in a protein shake before bed.
Are the powers preferable to the capsules?
It is always cheaper to buy in powder form.
