testicular atrophy??
Does testicular atrophy happen to everyone who injects exogenous testosterone for a long period?
Or is it just a certain percentage of people who gets this?
Lets say 10 weeks or longer of a cycle????

Thanks man, i have not noticed any atrophy and im 6 weeks into a test e 500mg/wk cycle i was just curious to see if it was a certainty that it would happen!!

For my next cycle i plan too, i was told test 500mg/week doesnt nescessarily need hcg , but i do understand the importance of using it!!

Any exogenous testosterone will suppress HPTA and hence LH release is halted. HCG is am LH analog and will keep the testes functioning properly.
Long of the short of it...you need it to keep the boys alive.
