    T3?

    I am doing a cycle of winny and clen this summer to get cut up. I am currently 25 years old, 6ft, 220 lbs and about 20 % bf. I'm looking to get down to around 16%, and keep all my muscle.

    im gonna do 6 weeks of winny 50 eod and clen 2on/2off.

    Should i throw in some t3? or is this cycle ok for my goals? any info would help, thanks

    id do 100mcg of t-3 everyday. its great for cutting and helps your body with protien synthisis whil your on a cycle. make sure you taper up and down on the t-3

    At 20% body fat you'll notice conciderable loss in body fat if you just clean up your eating.

    I'd save the clen for when you get leaner to help you pick up the fat loss when your metabolic rate slows down.

    If you need to get under 10% then I'd throw the T3 in after the clen but just enough to keep the fat burning going on.

    If you want to cut up you should really focus on your diet. If your concerned about looking good for the beach then all you're going to need is diet, winny, and more diet.

    I agree with demetri and Painintheazz. Going from 20% to 10% Bf can be easily achieved with diet and cardio. Use the drugs for when you are trying to get into the single digits.

    In second week of t3, test enan, and eq cycle with winny later on...

    T3 can be helpful for fat loss but you have to have a diet rich in protien
    and 3-4 days of good cardio for results.. Check out cycleon's read on t3..... There you will find correct dosages and vital info.....
