My FIRST cycle:
500mg sus/wk
400mg deca/wk
And clomid and all the things ;)
But I was wondering if I should add 30mg Dbol/ed to boost start my cycle...
Many people recommend it, but others say its not good for my first cycle...
I need some more opinions...
Help me out brothers :)
i'd go for it, at a minor dose. this being your 1st go, you wont need a huge amount. i'd go with 25-35 mg ed weeks 1-4.
how long is the deca and sus being run?

Yup, I agree with ironforlife. Keep it mild but it will give you a nice jump start...
The cycle is for 10 weeks... 2 injections weekly (250 sus 200 deca)
So I should do the Dbol... hmmmm... got me wondering! :)
But I need more opinions... PLEEEASE!!!!
tell me... especially mods! :)

I don't know, 460 straight fights without a loss is pretty damn impressive...I can fight and i've got some size to me but i wouldn't want to piss any of the gracie brothers off...:DQuote:

I ran that exact same cycle as my first cycle and I wished I had added d-bol to it. I made ok gains in mass and strength, but I think it would have gone better if I had added the d-bol. My next cycle will definitely include d-bol.
take d-bol at 40mg/ed or 35 mg/ed, 45 mg/ed gave me a crazy ass boost at teh start, liek in 1 week gained 10 lbs and bench press went up by like 60 lbs...
But isnt 40-45mg ed too much for a beginner like me?
And its only for the boost effect anyway...
I am considering taking 30mg/ed...

natural you are worried about dbol when your poppin yourself with that much injection. bang out the dbol and go big brotha. pound the agua with the dbol

Im running the exact same cycle now and soon to start week 3. IT si also my first cycle and Im running it 10 weeks.
I stopped the dbol after a few days. I got the Sus flu fairly bad that first week and the glands in my neck and jaw swole very painfully. The swelling went away immediately after stopping the Dbol.
Everyone says jump start with the dbol as it takes a few weeks for the Sus and Deca to kick in. However, if your lifting right and eating right, your gaining while you wait anyway. Besides, if its your first cycle, like it was for me, you are going to introduce 4 types of test (sust) and Deca. That is enough for your body to adjust too. Although I have not had the strength kick in yet, I definately felt some mood changes within a day after my first injection...not roid rage, just different.
My advice is go the safe route and discover at a slow pace. Let your body tell you how to proceed. Because I started all 3 at the begining, I do not know what started my glands swelling. Go as slow as you want to and dont listen to what seems to be the majority on this board of people doubling your chosen quantities and increase everything. Among the masses you will find a consistant group of guys that tell you go slow, and give great advice. Read all these posts and you start to see who they are.
Give it a go without the dbol. You can always mix that in on your next cycle, as I will. As for the jump start, I cannot speak to that as I am also new to this, but if your patient and into this for the long haul, who needs a jump start of a few weeks?
my advice, go with the dbol, nice and low at like 30-35. Thats what I did and got GREAT results from my frist cycle.
D-Bol for sure.. im on my first week of my 10 week cycle of test enanthate, eq, and a couple weeks of d-bol for a kick, and ive already put in 5lbs, using 30mg/day of naps. Ive had a bad cold all week, having sub-par workouts, and the pumps are still amazing. Go for it dude.

One comment, milk thistle wont do much for you to protect you while your on cycle. Get Tyler's or Liv 52. Hey "Hoggae" are you on your first week, and "getinthere" how much did you put during the D-bol? Just curios to see. I too will soon jumpstart with D-bols. Yummmmm :)
