You mean deca along with a cycle, or alone?

Glucosamine and condroitin(sp). You don't need or want the sides from deca if your not gonna use it for building muscle. I think even a small dose could have some unwanted sides.

    nevermind .. found it

    How do I take them?

If you decide to take these supplements, consult your doctor about the proper dosage. The amount used in studies of glucosamine was 1,500 mg per day and in studies of chondroitin sulfate, 1,200 mg per day was used.

The stuff I have is Osteo Bi-flex. I bought 90 caps at the grocery store for around $20, but I'm sure you can find something similar at any suppliment store. The recommended dose is 1500mg glucosamine, 1200mg chondroitin daily. I'm sure you could search the supliment forum and find the info you need.

I am sorry bro but Deca does help with joint pain and I should know as I suffer from serve Arthritis. I take 50mg for ten weeks only when I am uncomfortable with the pain eg movement. I would never train or use Deca if the pain was contant as you then need to rest. Deca puts fuild back into the joints and by making the muscle stronger this inturn supports the joint. Deca used in this way is only good for the larger joints ...trust me as I am on Anti TNF treatment and know what pain is about. Supplements (Glucosamine,MSM and condroitin ) can help but generally if you have got it bad they are useless...

PM if you want further help
