sust. 500 mgs weekly for 8 weeks
Then I have tons of protein shakes.
I cant wait, do i need to change my or add nething plz help out
and i forgot 2 days later after last shot of sust i will start clomid

I'd run the sustanon for 10-12 weeks. And clomid should be started 3 weeks after the last injection if I'm not mistaken. Check the educational threads on Clomid to be sure.
you might want to think about doing Mon Wed and Fri shots with the sust 250 so you can take advantage of the shortlasting esters and the longer ones........just my 2cents though
shoot the sus as often as possible IMHO twice a week is sufficient
