**I have Gyno? What should I do? Look here.**
How many times do we see this on this site? Too many times in my opinion.
I think that if there was a small template of questions that should be considered BEFORE you create ANOTHER Gynecomastia thread, it would cut down on the number of questions that always seem to be missing in every Gyno thread. Its just seems to me that often we have to drag information out the OP in order to develop a complete understanding of whats happening. Too often these Gyno threads go unchecked by Vets and other senior members because not enough information is given by the OP. It can be a bit frustrating having to ask the most simplest of questions to the OP. So I think the more complete the information is, the better off the OP will have at people taking the time to comment and offer advice. This needs to be addressed, for the sake of the OP and ourselves.
Its like fishing. If your presentation sucks, you’ll have little attention from the fishes. But if your presentation is attractive (complete and informative) you’re odds of having some support and advice goes waaay up.
These are IMPORTANT questions that are highly recommended in order for anyone to give responsible advice, otherwise its just a big guessing game. So, when asking for advice about Gynecomastia please remember to post up a COMPLETE description of what’s going on including when you first noticed this "Gyno" and ask yourself these questions;
1. Have you experienced gyno in the past? Was it on cycle? If so, how did you get rid of it? What protocols did you use?
2. Are you currently on cycle? If so, what is your EXACT cycle? Did you include an AI?
3. When did you first notice it? Today? Last night? Yesterday? When you were a kid? Is this puberty gyno?
4. Describe it. Or even better, take photos and post them so we can determine if its just fat build up - in some case that's all it is.
5. Are you lactating? Is it sore to the touch? Is it firm or soft?
6. Have you had it checked by a health professional? If so, when? What was the diagnosis? If not, why not?

I'd hate to see this thread on page 4 while six guys start threads inquiring about gyno. I was a bit worried myself. Turns out, I just have a little bit of adipose tissue-body/chest fat. Diet is taking it down. And, no way do I need an AI. For sure, many guys who post questions are in the same boat. So, this really is important info.
Edit...however, I realize many guys want to be spoon-fed answers even though this site has a plethera of info just waiting to be read. Oh well...Last edited by Rusty11; 03-20-2013 at 06:07 PM.

I have experienced it before and had it removed, but I used a lil roids after and no pct ( didn't know about these things) and ended up with a lil gyno in my right breast, then I had an accident and hadn't worked out since last year, and in these 4 years this lil thing been in my chest causing no problem, but now I wanna start a cycle and this thing bothers me , I wanna know if I can get rid of it or I need a surgery again ! it's really small kinda like a bean and it's firm.

I had a surgery and got it removed but it was 8 years ago. I used some roids after that again, and didn't use any pct. and now I have a lil gyno in my right chest. and want to start a cycle. what should I do? is it safe to start a cycle with AI and do pct afterwards ? I'm worry about that lil thing. and it bothers me

Hey all. My cycles mostly consist of test. I had always kept my doses pretty low like 500mg even as i advanced and never had a prob. Never a side effin ever. Figured i was just lucky. Then about 3 yrs ago i got my first taste. Small hard pea under my right nip. I could manipulate it just a bit, the skin moves over it but it seems it is in the muscle. Came on hard and quick. Nothing had changed with what i was taking but this was all a new batch. Nothings for sure in this and anything can change anytime even sometimes with HG as some of us have seen so since i thought i had golden ass cant be touched nipples i thought oh crap tumor or something. Went in and they mammogramed me by squeezing my breast between two plastic pieces pretty hard and they said its "breast tissue build up" and i can have it removed or ride it out. Whatever. It got a certain size then stopped, a few weeks after cycle it went down but if i feel just right i can tell its in there. It doesent effin go away just gets bigger or smaller depending on whats going on in my body so i now basically have a built in blood test level indicator. it comes and goes exactly as my test, and other hormones start to release. But hasnt gotten bigger than the day i haad it checked. I guess the day will come ill have to have it actually removed
