help with first test cycle

Please help!!

I just began my first cycle of test. I have been told two different ways to do the cycle. One was to pyramid it taking 1cc then 2,3,4,3,2,1.every week

The other was to take 2cc every 5 days then ween off in the end, stretching off the cycle.

I weigh about 200, 5'10". I have a little belly My goal is to gain as little water weight as possible. Also, considering I am trying to lose my gut, how should I diet. I was thinking Atkins would help with muscle gain as well as some fat loss.

Well, I agree, don't pyramid it. Is the test all you are going to take? I'd throw in something else like EQ/DECA.

Week 1-10 Test 400mg/wk
Week 1-10 EQ 400mg/wk

Make sure your diet is perfect, and you'll need some post cycle thearpy as well..

I was just going to to the test and maybe winny towards the end and after. As far as diet, low carb diet? Will that work. I dont want to blow up too much, and then lose everything. I'd like to build up some muscle mass and then cut it up.

you need PROTEIN and lots of it 1.5 - 2.0 gram per body weight and eat clean!!!
