i am 5'7 145 pounds with 8% bodyfat. i want to take something orally with little side effects and get a little bit bigger, a lot stonger, and more cut up. any suggestions? i have been working out for about 2 years thats why i dont want to just jump into taking needles.

Five Seventy......... How old are you? I looked at your profile and it wasn't filled out. So that's the first place you should start is get your profile updated.

All AS will have side effects some less than others but all have them. Orals are the hardest on the liver.

Do a little more research. Good luck!
