Hi brothers!
I am gonna take 30mg of dbol every day, but I am a little unsure about how to take it.
Should I spread it like 5mg every 2nd hour? or like 10mg every 4th hour?
And before or after a meal? How long before/after?

Hey bro, best thing to do is spread them out so u keep ur levels as even as possible. Im assuming there 5mg tabs u can take 15mgs in the am and 15mgs in the pm. Or pretty much however u'd like to break it up.

try breaking the timing into 1/3 through out the day 10mg each time.
On that number of pills split twice, once at noonish and the other 60-90mins before training. assuming you train in the evenin around 6-7, if not adjust accordingly
When running 60mg ED I still only split twice results have been no different but the w/o's are more intense, better pumps, unbearable pumps.
I am gonna go for 3 splits.. once in the morning once before workout (sometimes 4'oclock and other times 7) and once before I go to bed!

I would say not before bed I found it to cause sleep disruption. Take with food as orals affect the digestion system and reduce the bacteria in the stomach and intestines.
I recently read some post saying to take them one hour before meals. I take em right after meals when my stomach's full along with ALA and milk thistle. What Big Al said makes more sense to me.
I'm now taking 10mg with meal 1, 10mg with meal 3 and 10 mg with meal 4 (pre-workout). Seems to be working just fine.
Just don't forget to slug water all day
It depends , I think the liquid has a llife of 6-8 hrs? I could be wrong, but I think I remember reading that you need to take it at least 2x a day. If I were to use it, I would do a search on it's half life. Tab's 2x a day, liquid, 3x. I think...?
