Deca ONLY cycle...

I am 6'2" 175 lbs about 13% body fat and planning a deca only cycle.

My cycle goes:
Deca 300 mg/week for 10 weeks
Clomid therepy 3 weeks after last injection
ALSO.....keep Nolvadex on hand if needed...

any suggestions?

add some test

yes add test and nolvadex will not do anyhting for gyno from deca

I've done a Deca only cycle. Is this your first cycle? If you can't add test to the cocktail at least add some dbol to jumpstart. And I'd also recommend upping the dose 400mg/wk.

Without test you're risking deca dick, but personally I think that it's over blown. It hasn't happened to me, in any case. Nolva won't help you for progesterone gyno. you'd need bromo instead.

I'd say stick with protein and creatine. This dude's only 18! Too much risk IMO.

You could definitely get another 10 - 15 lbs with the proper workout, diet and protein. If you are 18, read about why this is true. Deca (along with all the other AS availabl) are BAD for kids!
