    Low dose t3 with no aas. Effective or no??

    I finished a tren cycle beginning of February with pretty decent gains. But i obviously picked up some fat but not much. My question is if I run t3 at a dose of let's say 50mcg would it help minimize muscle loss??

    2 reasons I ask this ;

    1. I just finished a cycle and not ready to start another
    2. I have police training soon and don't want it in my system.

    Body stats are
    220 lbs @ 15%

    Wats your theory with T3 helping you to retain LBM?

    Do you plan to diet?

    Are you asking, will T3 help me maintain LBM while cutting?

    If that is the question I would say no....

    And re. Your question 2, what don't you want in your system? Tren, or T3

    Oops should of been more clear. My question is referring to fat loss. Obviously t3 cannot be used to retain lbm. That's just common sense. Yes I'm doing keto diet And I don't want the tren in my system. Or just test.

    I'm still kind of confused as to your question lol

    But if your concerned about muscle retention I'd probably not choose to run a keto diet for an extended period

    Yes I'm kinda rushing at typing since I'm at work lol. What I'm asking is, if I take low dose t3 around 50mcg with no aas for fat loss, would I still risk losing muscle or it will be a lower risk?? I've used t3 before but with test and tren .

    I would not reccomended T3 for the following reason

    Your in a hormonally suppressed state right now and adding in T3 could lead to LBM loss... T3 is not an anti catabolic, probably the opposite considering your current hormonal state and the effects of T3 on the metabolism (and other hormones)....


    Just dial your diet in and you will be able to begin the process of leaning out without any drugs what so ever.... Look at natural pros who get shredded, peeled, much leaner than a lot of IFBB pros who use everything under the sun
