Clen, t3, ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin?
Anything wrong with using all of these at once?

Yes, that would be completely reckless way of abusing those substances and would make your life miserable plus probably damage your health

You could, but Id have beta blocker on hand. I wouldnt do it personally. T3/clen or ECA/T3 would be it for me. Pretty sure that clen and ephederine usedifferent receptors, but I still thinkthat is too much of a bad thing to be honest.

Some people recommend ECA when in the OFF weeks of clen - but they will both strain the CNS.
And forget T3 without being "ON".
EDIT: IMO - I'd run clen only for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for 2-3 cycles....and see if the ECA is even necessary.
Most likely you will reach your goal BF% without ECA with proper diet & training.

Supplementing this will help you be able to run clen longer due to the up-regulation of beta 2 receptors.
I normally would not advise this to average joe-schmo because it is generally not necessary - but you are in competition & looking for the absolute best edge/results & on a time crunch.

Start at 1 mg before bed Ed, sometimes you may need more. I have taken up to 3 mg Ed.

clen on that, 2mg keto pre bed apperantly works well to sleep for majority of people
splitting clen dose helped with shakes, if you have a problem with it then try splitting 3-4x's a day
burning up all day long but thats sign it working, increased body temp etc as you prob already know
so sum it up, no ill effects that would stop me from running the same in future

I read a paper that stated ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stack would increase the body metabolism by about 3% to 4%. Clen on the other hand would increase the body metabolism by 8% to 9%. Both of these compounds would down grade the same beta receptors so we should pick one or the other. T3 on the other hand works on a whole different system. I have stackes ECA/T4 (not t3) and Clen/T4 while I was on HGH. I saw more dramatic results on the Clen/T4/HGH stack over the ECA/T4/HGH stack. I do take ECA sometimes when want to "wake up" during the day since I don't drink coffee. One thing I do notice about both the ECA and Clen is that it makes my prostate swell up. Like I'm this muscular old dude that dribbling pee everywhere. LOL, dang sucks to get old.

F'n love clen , only side I couldn't hack was the acid reflux...tore my stromach up something nasty. I have always run T3 and clen at different times and never together. That may be the icing on end of this cycle.....clen/T3/keto.

Ive been taking a break from all supplements for awhile now. However, after a blood test my testosterone is low - and dr put me on HGH, and cream
I have Clen already here (just cause :-) What is the T4 stack - what dosage would you recommend?
I'm looking for a great kick start to a new me. I'm 21% body fat, 5 9, 150pounds.

Sry buddy... Too light too high bodyfat... Do not worth the risk...
Clen can be very harsh... It greatly raise the blood pressure and the hearh beat... If you already have one of does taking clen may be pretty dangerous...
+ at 21% the effect will be minimal... Clen is great under 15% a.d lower you are better it gets...
You should just go and training and nutrition section to get a diet and training dialed in and you will be good to go...
The result will come fast enought... No need to risk anything...

Thanks for the advice.
After 2 months on Clen I have seen 0 effect. Infact I am putting on weight! I was just about to order more online but I will wait till I get my diet in order and train more consistently.
I will do just fat burners for now that have an app supp.
Still on HGH and testos cream
I'll stop the t3 too. Obviously that is not helping :-)
