Ironic cause i was under the impression valium made you hella relaxed. Kinda reminds me of friday night i went to play some poker, i had a valium to chill me out cause it normally works, for some odd reason i was physically relaxed no anxiety, but my head felt aggressive/shitty was weird. Dealing with morons at the poker table who have been drinking can get to you.

In the ostarine thread you posted after me asking if pct or an ai is needed after i posted people getting gyno symptoms and there testosterone being cut in half. Ur stupid as hell. And want to get spoon fed. If u want to **** up your life then fine, but dont spread misinfo trying to harm others.

Great thread but every post was of some idiot who ran a long cycle with no serm or pct whatsoever
Have there been any threads where guys have done everything properly and still gotten these issues like HRT for life?

in any situation involving altering the bodys chemistry, there are no certainties. Some people dont wake up from anesthetics, some people die from medications with years of research behind them...
SERMS, AIs, Anti this/that are not there as guarantees, they are there to give the best possible chance of recovery.

Let me tell you guys about a well-planned, thoughtful cycle gone wrong.
I've done six cycles and this story relates to the very last one I did, when I was 24 years old. I had a bad experience with Tren but decided I wanted to give it another go. I had all of my stuff lined up; 400mg of Tren per week, 500 mgs of test e, arimidex , caber, hCG , nolvadex and clomid. I started running my cycle and felt like a champ for two weeks and then my estrogen went threw the roof! I bloated, my nipples killed me, my moods were everywhere, etc, etc. I upped my caber and Arimidex but it didnt do a damn thing. Instead of dumping the cycle and starting my PCT, I just kep going for another two weeks... The Tren side effects caught up with me too, so I stopped and started running my PCT. I found out the the Tren I was using had been cooked up in an UGL from cattle implants and that said implants were loaded with estrogen. It took me six weeks to get my shit together afterward.

Yup and I was young and dumb enough to but from an UGL that was run by guys that were younger and dumber. I had always gotten QV AAS before and wasnt smart enough to call it a day when the source couldn't get it anymore.
But, the moral of the story is simple; I planned my cycle well, knew what I was doing and still ended up with estrogen levels that rivaled Oprah's. It was a good thing I started to run test with it so I had an AI on hand or I could have been seriously phucked.

Hey Mickey, sorry for spamming your thread lol, but wanted your thoughts on too low estrogen.
Well yesterday I felt pretty terrible, almost depressed and not much energy. That was with my second a-dex dose of 0.5 mg, and I am thinking that it could be lowering my estrogens too much? Today I feel fine though, but my sleep hasn't been good since I started my test-E cycle on monday. I wake up 3-4 times ina night, I can usually continue sleeping though.
Might just have been some kind of placebo effect yesterday, but the sleep is definitely not that good
I'm gonna give a-dex 0.25 mg eod a go, just wanted your opinion on this.
Edit: Just noticed that this was the wrong thread lol

Unfortunately, we're seeing Darwinsim at work here...
19 year old ignores pleas to stay away from AAS, 19 year old subsequently seriously phucks up their endocrine system, 19 year is now chemically neutered, 19 year old cannot pass on flawed genetic material to offspring.

Not to mention, prefrontal cortex development which doesn't mature till the mid twenties and that controls reasoning and problem solving. Hence the reason we're seeing so many posts from kids hell bent on cycling.

It wont happen to me, I'm 19yrs old and know how to cycle safely. Test and tren is the secret and a solid pct been cycling for 2 yrs and my bloods are 100%. I cant get a hard on when off cycle and I'm so depressed and cant hold onto muscle tissue but other than that I am a beast, fuk you all I am king.
