Hey everyone, I am going to start my next cycle in mid June. I am just retuning to the gym after a 6 month break due to a shoulder injury. This will be, I think my 5th cycle over the past 3 years. Before my injury I was around 210-215 solid. I blew my shoulder out 3/4 of the way through my 4th cycle. I am asking for opinions on this cycle as I am hoping to gain all my weight back that I lost over the past 6 months, now down to 169. Yesterday was my first day back in the gym, and I plan to break myself in over the next 4 weeks before starting my cycle.

Open to suggestions, I have never done a cycle like this as it was recommended by a friend. This is suppose to eliminate the chance for platoing and produce good solid gains.
