    Whadda U Think?

    what's up bra's....well i just got some gear in and my cycle is as planned:
    week 1-4 prop (qv)
    week 1-10 deca 300mg ew (qv)
    week 1-10 test enant 500mg ew (qv)
    week 11-14 liquid clomid
    this will be my 4th cycle and ive been eating alot of clean food to prepare for this, new program in the gym and all...my stats 5'8 175lbs
    8% bodyfat my goal is to hit 200lbs but i'll be happy if i can walk away with 190lbs...can anyone tell me what i can expect from this cycle as far as gains????? any input appreciated.....peace!

    I think 190lbs is a more realistic goal. You might wanna extend the deca and test to 12 weeks.

    i would extend the deca to 12 and the test to 13 so they taper out at the same time.
    start your clomid 2 weeks after your last injection of test.

    A person's gains are dependant on so many factors. Training, diet, rest, genetics. 200lbs. is quite reasonable in my opinion. I'm up from 195 to 203 in my first week and a half without any fat gain. That's on 500mgs. Sustanon and 400mgs. Deca per week. It's just like training, everyone is different.
