    Question New Cycle?

    O.K. Tell me like it is>

    weeks 1-6 50mg fina(converted)
    weeks 1-8 250mg sust.


    this will be my first real cycle.my first exp.was 5 wks winny 50 mgs eod.
    I am 28 180-185 5'10" would like to gain 15-20 lbs.
    also how much anti est would I need to take with this cycle.
    and which one clomid or nolvadex ?

    ok post cyle would look like:
    10mg nolvadex ED for ?4weeks?
    1 week on cycle 3 off?
