I have been taking sust for 4 weeks now and i lost a lot of fat, but i am leaner in muscle, so i am satisfied with that, i have 8 more shots left of sust so i expect to put on some weight now. I just incorporated some T3 with this cycle to get lean and hopefully get some defined abs. I have been on this for 3 days and do not really feel any different. How long before i feel or see effects from this?
Explain how you are running the T3.
i am running it 1 pill for 1 day 2 pills for 1 day 4 pills for 16 days 3 pills for 4 days 2 pills for 4 days 1 pill for 4 days and .5 pills for 4 days... i am on day 5 right now
Don't let weight be your indicator of effectiveness. You are obviously dieting and taking drugs that will help burn fat. The mirror will tell you how successful your cycle was not the scale on this one.
