Accidentally took 2mg....thought I was taking .2

Yeah I'm noticing that now...I took it at 11:30 AM and now 8 hours later I'm feeling a little better.

I read that it should be out of my system between 6-10 hours so I'm going to see how I feel in a little bit and then still try to make it to the gym.
