PT-141 dosing?

I just received a 10mg vial of pt-141 and me and the wife are going to try it out sat. If you have experience with this compound and can help with "adequate" dosing pls let me know tks.

I reconstituted the peptide with 1ml of bact water. I would then dose .1 ml in an insulin syringe. That worked just fine for me. I understand women might need double that dose.

for men:
.5 mg = light
1.0mg = moderate
2.0mg = heavy

women are about half the dose of men

pin subQ, wait AT LEAST 3 hours, then ready to party.

caution: party will last between 12 and 18 hours, depending on dose and your sensitivity to this compound.

btw, PT141 works along the neurological pathway, different than a regular PDE5i, which works on a vascular pathway. if you decide to stack, (not advisable first time), then don't go too heavy with either compound.

this stuff can be intense, with wood occurring all night long, even when you are asleep

btw x2 - women will still need a libido trigger, as it is not "automatic"

I have seen feedback and 1mg seems the sweet spot. 2mg I have seen feedback on and people say it was a bit much or not much better than 1mg. so I would say try 0.5mg then try 1mg another time and judge.

TR has you covered. I've run it at .75mg, 1mg, 2mg, and 3mg. The highest dose caused the greatest flushing and some nausea (no vomiting and went away once I threw back an H2 inhibitor). When coupled with Cialis, I had skin tearing erections and the wife, well, lets say she felt it was a little too much.

2mg provided a good boost in libido and the flushing was tolerable with no nausea. 1mg was ok but I preferred the 2mg feeling. I noticed nothing but brief, mild flushing at .75mg.

I've asked the wife to try it with me. After seeing what it did to me at 3mg, she's been too freaked out to try. Lol

You could "subscribe" to the thread and find it faster. I do that with threads that have great info and discussions.

Felt nothing(not from ar-r either but reliable source...)

My girlfriend tried .5mg with me

Felt a little + but nothing very noticeable.

Ive got a friend who use 2mg and he feel it very well.

Depend alot on the person IMO...

^^^ Correct, a few members here have mentioned effects observed at 3mg and nothing lower.

One last question, "roman" since its a neurological issue.....do you know if some results are close to or like exctacy, or cocaine? Under no circumstances can she be in public. Let's just say she has no inhibition, control, composure, nothing she's a total whore lol......I will let you guys know what happens. and for the record we did coke once! lol Even though I understood her, I didn't condone her......easy fix we never did it again. sorry but I just can't still understand everything on it I've read this PT 141 last 2014 but the exactly I've read is it boost Libido of female user but now I've seen male used them for themselves, How actually it works for male user, was it bad for female to use this ?...

Welcome to the forum. No real need to post a reply to a thread that is 2 years old. If you search more you will find ones more resent that explain everything.

I'm not sure if or how good it works on women. I know it works VERY good on men. You only use a small amount, .5 cc and it will give you random erections like you were 14 again. Dont use to much because it can cause nausea, make you sick to your stomach. You have to build up a tolerance. Also it will make your skin darker. That is what it's really for is to tan your skin and it works very good with only a little sunshine.

I first got into this when I took melanotan 2 to get a tan. I found out it made me really horny and gave me some wild sex dreams while sleeping too; which I normally do not have. But, then I started getting too dark and someone on this site told me that it was the pt-141 in the melanotan 2 that did it. So, I tried that out. To me, it did not work as well, but still was pretty good. The more I talked to people though I learned that it causes some people to feel nausea, but that was not the case with me. I cannot remember how much I was taking, but since I did not feel sick from it, I think I was taking on the high end of what people discuss on here.

One effect that has not been mentioned in regards to women using 1mg.. the effects for women can last much longer than a man, sometimes lasting up to 3 days, it weakens, but the effects are still there and are noticed by many women. it could be psychological on the part of the woman however isn't that normal?
