Bad to inject a muscle still sore from last......

Is it harmful to inject a muscle that was injected earlier in the week and still sore? I figure it will just continue the soreness. But just want to make sure. I will be sticking my self 4 times a week and dont like really injecting anywhere but my glutes but I will sacrafice and hit my delts. Where do all you juice savages inject when your injecting close to everyday? :lift:

Well, what I do is this. When I find a good spot that I inject into (no nerves, etc..) I always tend to go back to that spot, even though it might be a bit sore or slightly brused. I am just tired of hitting nerves all the damn time...I've done it tons of times, so you should be fine

What are your fav muscles to hit?

for me in order of preference (assuming 1cc inject):

1.) delts
2.) triceps
3.) biceps
4.) quads
5.) glutes
6.) calves

i would never pump 3cc's into any other groups than quads and glutes.

I shoot into the glutes and thighs only. Altough my doctor advised me against the idea of pumping more than 1 ml into the legs. Putting more than 1 ml into any muscle group fills and stretches the area, resulting in micro scarring. Avoid shooting more than 1 ml if you can, in any area other than your ass. The ass is the best spot to shoot period, even when its slightly sore. Try to avoid the delts as they carry tons of nerves through them and youll have a jello shoulder twitching ever 2 minutes for quite some time. Hope this helps a bit.

im a delt man... hate reaching back around to stab the ass... and for soem reason quads have always given me problems when injecting

all injects suck though...

Thanks fellas. It is interesting to see a lot of you having bi's in your top three. Im too chicken shit for them. But am working on stickin my quads and calves.

I hit bi's everyday, I never hit nerves there. It may feel a little funny injecting there but it never hurts, and the pumps afterwards are fantastic. I do once in a while hit a vein there, but it doesn't hurt at all, just alot of blood comes out when I pull out.

I started injecting in my glutes for several weeks and I had NO pain, no problems. I have recently switch to the Quads. There is NO way I will have enough balls to hit the bi's...
