1st cycle bodybuilder looking for new things! :)
hello everyone!
im a 24 year old male. ive been training and seriously dieting for about 2 1/2 years now. im obsessive when it comes to dieting and making sure i hit my macros and intaking certain foods at certain times of the day. ive always been interested in bodybuilding and i competed for my first time this year at bantam weight (143) and placed 3rd. i competed in another bb contest a few weeks after that and placed 2nd. im currently 2 weeks out from my 3rd contest coming in at 143 and about 2-3%, im in alot better condition compared to my first competition, So im super excited and have experienced alot! through all of my contest preperation ive have had a coach thats helps me with dieting and training who is also a long time bodybuilder.
So enough with all the other bs! the reason im here is because after my next competition ive decided to start cycling! I know that im definitely ready for it as far as my knowledge goes on training and dieting. I have been lingering on this site for a good 6 months and have learned alot as far as cycling and have prepared you with my first cycle preparation. i plan on taking the next year off from competing to build my body. i plan on posting some pictures after this next competition so we can compare.
please hit me with any criticism please! thanks for the help guys!
Test E for 12 weeks
250mg twice a week injecting monday and thursday
Aromasin 12.5 mg ed from 1-12 for in case of gyno
HCG weeks 1-14
250iu twice a week on sunday and wednesday
My PCT will be 2 weeks after last injection
Nolvadex and clomid
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50

Cycle looks solid. It looks like you've done your research. If this is your first cycle, then you'll see some really nice gains!

Looks good to me i also dont think you need that much clomid though 100/50/50/50 should be more than enough. good luck. Also i am guessing you will but just stop that HCG 3 days before PCT starts.

Looks good man I use liquidex .25 eod day it's a matter of preference I guess I have had no side but I'm coming up I week 3 so shouldn't anyway. Finally not a 18 year old with some cycle they made up in science class with every compound known to man lol. Also agree with jim

Nice man! Looks like you actually put in some research for this.
1. Clomid is a bit high probably. Either cut it to 100/50/50/50 or you could even go /70/35/35/35 if you're using from ar-r .
2. Aromasin looks fine, you could go higher if you prefer it's a debated topic.
I would personally use adex at .25mg EoD. I like the thought of smaller and less frequent doses. But it can also mess with your HDL and LDL differently than aromasin. It's personal preference

2 1/2 yrs of working out! Pathetic. Why don't you put some real training in instead of relying on AAS. If you need AAS after 2 1/2 yrs you don't know what you are doing in the gym/kitchen/etc. Period. Your painting a house you haven't built yet. Seriously put in another 2 1/2 yrs of training/dieting/learning/etc. Promise you will thank me later. You get started on AAS you won't want to stop.

You wanna cycle after comp so now you are natty and at 2-3% BF, right?
God I would like to have your genetics... It took 3 months of diet, lots of test prop, mast, tren , clen , GH and T4 for me to get down to 4.5% during my prep.. And I was like fcking walking dead body at those levels.. Or at least I felt like one...

Ok ok guys, I'm at 3% on calipers about 32mm on skin folds. I know calipers aren't completely accurate but that's what I'm going by. I'm not trying to be a show off or anything, I just needed some help. Thank you all that have helped! I really will post some pictures after my next competition!

Please.. If your body looked evenly remotely significant you would of posted a pic on request without blinking. I am not sure if you are aware but 2-3% is a dangerous level of BF. That is serious dehydration level in which many of the pros don't even get down to. People here are not buying your story. Next time use 6-8% it would be a little more believable. We get kids like you in here all the time.

Okay guys ive contemplated steroids for quite some time and now i have decided to go through with it but i wanted to make sure my set up looks good. I have been weightlifting with diet seriously since i was 18 and im ready to take it to the next level.
Age:22
Height/weight/bf%: 5'6, 165, roughly 14%
Goals: put more quality mass on
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Testosterone Enanthate (2 injections of 250mg weekly Mon & Thur)
Nolvadex on hand just in case i start developing gyno
Post Cycle Therapy
Clomid therapy three weeks after last Test E shot ran as follows:
Day 1 - 300mg
Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day
I was also wondering what syringe and needle is best for injecting Test E.
Let me know what you think!?

The OP can still be 24, the dates potentially match. There is also every chance he never ran that cycle and is actually natural and has done a good natural job for the last 15 months.

A mans body needs 2% to function to pad the organs. Id say most pros at time of contest are around 4% Dorian yates once said his feet hurt while standing on stage because his bf was so low that the small bit of fat on the bottom of your feet had disapired. He sad he was in agony then after contest he gained bf back in no time

Wow alots been posted since I've last checked.. Okay so I know you guys are correct about the 3% but that's seriously what my trainer was taking when using calipers. Go ahead and call him a dumbass and what not, he's a 25 year long natural bb and really knows his stuff. Honestly I look probably 5-6%. I am 24 years old and that post from a year and some odd months ago I was 22 almost 23 at the time so you don't need to bash me for that. I never ran that cycle and I am still natural, at that time I thought I was ready for AAS but I def was not. I didn't come here to show off by any means I just came for some advice on my cycle, that's all I wanted. Sorry if I offended anyone by my false claims. Next time ill be sure to be more realistic! Thank you to the guys that have helped me out! I do plan to post pictures of me at my show June 8th.
