Clean Bulk or possibly cutting cycle advice
Hey guys, new to the forums but certainly not a newbie in the gym. I've been training for 12 years now, consistently. My nutrition and workouts are top notch. I don't need diet or workout advice, simply cycle advice. My cycle history is fairly mild, 4 cycles total in the entire 12 years, all fairly basic except for a recent one where I tried Tren Acetate (will never make that mistake again so please don't suggest it). I'm not looking for a quick fix, I'd rather spend more time to avoid any really harsh substances (I know I ****ed up that model by going with Tren Ace ).
I'm 26 Years old, 5'10" tall, 200lbs and if I had to guess around 12-14% bodyfat
I would like to be 21 Years old, 6'3", 250lbs and 5%... ok I'm joking...
I would seriously like to be 5'10" tall, 210-220lbs and 8% bodyfat.
Like I said I am in absolutely no rush, rather do a slow and steady build up. The journey's the fun part anyways right? But I'm not naive and I know I won't make these gains naturally no matter how well I train and how perfect my diet. I'm pretty much maxxed out naturally I believe. Might be able to get a few more pounds on me.
I recently started up the Anabolic diet again. If you don't know what that is then I probably don't want your advice anyways so I'm not going to explain it . The anabolic diet is supposed to be a natural alternative for raising test levels and general cutting. So I'm not sure if I should run a cycle while doing it or abandon the diet, go back to a regular Carb based diet and hit the juice, saving the anabolic diet for a later date.
I would like to stay at or below my current bodyfat for the duration of my workout life. I have no interest in the dirty bulking and then extreme cutting.
So basically I'm looking for cycle suggestions, again, I want to keep the cycle fairly mild in terms of sides but I also want some decent results (I know I know)

Welcome. You're kind of like that commercial with the sour patch kids. One minute you're cool and the next you're kind of a dick with that stupid anabolic diet comment.
Anyway, try a test/primo or test/mast cycle if you're looking for decent results with less sides.

Yeah I've been mentally juggling between a few compounds, on that list is Test (most likely prop or Enanthate ), Masteron , anavar , primo, winny... Things along those lines. I wasn't trying to be a dick with the anabolic diet comment. I've just read a few posts where a lot of guys that don't know shit spout off like they're a god of the gym. Want someone knowledgeable, which you seem to be so I'll keep your options in mind for sure. Thank you

Hi Mate,
What were your previous cycles?
I'm getting myself in tune for a cycle similar to what you are asking. Cycle will be test Prop and Var or Winny - haven't decided just yet between the two.
5 years ago I did a test p and winny cycle for 8 weeks, 150mg prop eod, 100mg winny eod. Went from 96kg 14% bf, to 104kg 12% bf. diet was thoroughly in check over the cycle as well.
I'm sure some of the guys will plenty of experience can point u in the right direction, however that's my experience.

You have a good base at around 14% body fat I would guesstimate!!
12 weeks test e at 500mg per week
With standard pct 2 weeks after last pin

IMO winny can be harsh and would go to 50mg per day max
Var is expensive and 80mg per day is a sweet spot
But for what you require test e will give you what you need!!

What I'm thinking right this moment is Test E at 500mg/week with either Var at 80mg/day or Mast (not sure of a good dose for mast). opinions?
Thank you for the help btw. You guys are helping me narrow it down.

I'd run test e 500 for 12 weeks, Mast E 500 for 12 weeks, and 80mg of var for the 7 weeks that lead up to the day before PCT. Of course with AI and hCG on cycle.

Austin, for that cycle you just suggested, what AI would you suggest and at what dose? and what dose of HCG ?

Thank you... Yeah from what I've been looking into test e, masteron and var are probably the three compounds I'm gonna go with. Thank you everyone for the help

this is basically what i was looking for also. I knew you could bulk and actually cut bf at the same time but some people think im stupid....maybe i am...maybe im not...
