A lot of them are overseas. Plus there must be a billion websites and a finite number of feds. They spend most of their time on things like narcotics and terrorism.

How many people would call the feds to say "I was trying to buy this illegal narcotic and I got scammed out of my money". The Scammers not only know this they count on it.

So let me get this straight: you appear to be upset that scammers using the internet aren't getting busted by the feds at an increasing rate? Yet if you are one of these individuals who "conspired" to purchase AAS without a valid script and were ripped off in the process you're going to be willing to call your local US Attorney to file the complaint?

Seems to me if I were a prosecutor I'd be more interested in nailing those real suppliers of AAS. Think about the average mentality of the judicial system--they probably think that if you got ripped off you deserved it for wanting to break the law.
