    2nd Cycle....5+ years later

    Ahh It's nice to be back @ the forum. I took a number of years off of gear because I had the ability to grow naturally b/c of my age. I've decided that it's finally time to get back into the rhythm of the game. A little history about myself. I've been training for 10 years. My training has been mostly powerlifting style. Current weight is 235lbs, 6ft, 16-17bf%. I'm looking to cut my bf by 7% while maintaining as much strength/muscle as possible.

    For my 2nd cycle I was thinking about running a low weekly dose of test-e @ 250mg(ew) & anavar @ 60mg (ed). I would like to run test for 13 weeks & var for 6 weeks (end of cycle).
    My main concern is that my dose of test might be too low, but then again I haven't touched test in 5+ years. My first cycle was Test e @500mg (ew) & deca @ 300mg (ew). I ran my first cycle for 14 weeks.

    Please holla back & let me know what you would tweak if this was your cycle.

    Of course I plan on running a PCT...

    Good stats. you're not thinking of getting down to 7% from this cycle, are you?

    At your size, I'd take var to 100mg. Although i've done it at 16%, it worked MUCH better at 14%.

    No, that would require too much cardio . I'm looking for 10% bf. 100mg of var shouldn't be an issue. What about the test dosage?

    Shoot. I missed that. 250 is not going to benefit you. I'd take it to 400mg per week. Unless you want to so a short cycle, you could run prop and var for 7 weeks.
